Shipping Policy

Once you place an order it can take up to 3 days to process your order.

Once the order is processed, it is shipped using the option you selected at checkout.

Typical Delivery estimates:

  • USPS first class up to 7 days 
  • USPS PRIORITY - up to 3 days to receive the package once they receive it from us

 

To ensure that your package is delivered, please make sure that your address is correct and contains all required information. The use of correct spelling and abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers to ensure timely delivery.  We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

  • We cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
  • Orders returned undeliverable or refused will be refunded with a gift card minus any shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
